- When urgent care is required, ADHCs coordinate directly with hospitals and healthcare providers, ensuring immediate response.

✔Rehabilitation

Licensed physical and occupational therapists provide customized rehabilitation programs to help maintain, restore, or improve mobility, strength, and independence.

✔Daily Living Support

Assistance with meals, hygiene, and exercise is provided in a safe and supportive environment.

✔Chronic Condition Management

ADHCs specialize in caring for individuals with chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, heart disease, respiratory conditions), providing continuous monitoring and preventive interventions.

✔Social Interaction

Recreational and group activities stimulate the mind, encourage friendships, and prevent social isolation.

✔Transportation Services

Door-to-door transportation is often provided, reducing the burden on families and making access to care easier.

While families rest, clients grow — and everyone feels supported.
