B. ICF-DDN
Intermediate Care Facility – Developmentally Disabled Nursing
For individuals requiring continuous, advanced medical support, including:

✔ Suctioning and tube feeding
✔ Seizure management
✔ 24/7 nursing staff on-site
✔ Physician-supervised medical care
✔ Emergency response and coordination with hospitals
ICF-DDN combines a home environment with hospital-level clinical expertise.
2. Adult Day Health Center (ADHC)
A full-service medical and social day program
✔Medical support
- Medical model of adult day services.
- Nurses are on-site throughout the day to perform vital sign checks, manage medications, and closely monitor health conditions.
- Physicians and therapists provide regular assessments, and necessary treatments are administered under physician supervision.
- When urgent care is required, ADHCs coordinate directly with hospitals and healthcare providers, ensuring immediate response.

Licensed physical and occupational therapists provide customized rehabilitation programs to help maintain, restore, or improve mobility, strength, and independence.
