Shinrai Homes operates under Mouri Management Group, Inc. Since 1996, we have proudly served the community under the DBA name Shinrai Homes.
The name Shinrai means “trust” in Japanese. From the beginning, our company has been guided by this simple value: to provide care with honesty, respect, and compassion.
Our goal is to create a home where individuals with developmental and medical needs are respected, supported, and cared for like family.
For nearly three decades, Shinrai Homes has grown into a network of specialized residential care homes for adults with developmental disabilities who need daily living assistance, health monitoring, nursing care, medication support, rehabilitation, and skill development.
Today, Shinrai Homes continues to focus on family-like homes, respect for each person’s individuality, compassionate professional care, and support for health, comfort, and quality of life.

We encourage each individual to reach their fullest potential through independence, choice, adaptive skill-building, personalized nursing and health support, and a caring community that feels like home.

Our vision is to build a caring community where every individual, regardless of ability, can live safely with dignity, hope, and respect.
We also want families to have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are truly cared for, supported, and valued as part of the Shinrai Homes family.
