MISSION
The mission of the Shinrai In-Home Day Program is to provide personalized, home-based day programming for residents of Shinrai Homes, focusing on enhancing physical health, mobility, and personal development.
We are committed to delivering individualized care that respects the unique needs, preferences, and circumstances of each participant, fostering independence, self-esteem, and a higher quality of life through adaptive and engaging daily activities.

VISION
Our vision is to be a leader in in-home day programming by creating an inclusive environment where every participant can achieve their fullest potential. We strive to empower individuals through person-centered care, promoting autonomy and well-being, while being a trusted partner for families seeking supportive and effective in-home services for their loved ones.
Shinrai InterMediate Care Facility (ICF) and Shinrai Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) share one vision: to create a society where every individual can live with safety, dignity, and hope.

At the ICF, we provide 24-hour medical, nursing, and daily living support, offering a secure and caring home. At the ADHC, we provide daytime medical care, rehabilitation, learning opportunities, and social engagement, ensuring that each person stays connected with the community.

But what makes us unique is the word Shinrai. In English, it might be translated as “trust” or “believe,” yet in Japanese, Shinrai (ä¿¡é ¼) goes far deeper.

Shinrai means believing in each other’s heart, keeping promises, and building bonds that feel like family. It is a cultural value rooted in Japan—quiet but strong, reminding us that we are valued, respected, and never alone.

This spirit of Shinrai is the foundation of our care. It is the promise behind our name.

Our vision is to ensure that every individual can live a life true to themselves, respected by their community, and supported with compassion and unwavering dignity.

In the name of Shinrai, we commit to protecting the dignity and potential of every life we serve.
